By accessing or using TripTell ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TripTell is a travel blog platform providing travel stories, guides, and information about India. Premium subscribers gain access to additional features including itinerary planning, post saving, and content requests.
3. User Accounts
- You must be 13 or older to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate registration information
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
4. User Content
Comments submitted by users must be respectful and relevant. We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate. By submitting content, you grant TripTell a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on TripTell (articles, images, design) is owned by TripTell or its content providers and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Scraping or automated data collection
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Posting spam, false information, or harmful content
- Impersonating other users or TripTell staff
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Travel information is provided for general guidance — always verify details before booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
TripTell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
