Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day free trial on all new subscriptions so you can experience premium features before being charged. No payment is required during the trial period.
After the Trial Period
Once your paid subscription begins, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of billing: Full refund, no questions asked
- 7–30 days after billing: Prorated refund based on unused days
- After 30 days: No refund, but you may cancel to prevent future billing
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers who cancel within 30 days of their billing date are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining unused months.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@triptell.in or through our contact page with:
- Your registered email address
- Your subscription plan (monthly/annual)
- The reason for your refund request (optional)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund — please contact us separately if you'd like a refund.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine the policy is being abused (e.g., repeated sign-up and refund cycles).
